Probiotic powder used as a starter culture for homemade L. reuteri yogurt. 1 packet can make dozens of batches of yogurt, easily lasting you all year long. Be sure to get Prebiotic powder, or check our full starter kit.

L. gasseri BNR17 powder for yogurt starter, 4 packets makes dozens of quarts of yogurt.

B. Subtilis pills for yogurt starter, 60ct, 1 pill makes several quarts.

30Ct, 1 pill makes several quarts of delicious carbonated juice with exponential CFU counts, juice suggestions are tart cherry juice, pomegranate juice, grape juice, avoid juices with added sugar, avoid citrus and apple juice. No other items needed except a tight sealing jar, juice jars can work but seals often weaken after opening.

Yakult can be found at most local grocery stores, 1 bottle contains around 6.5 billion CFU of L. ParaCasei Shirota, culturing in milk can boost it to 200-300 billion CFUs. Just add to half-n-half and 2TBS of Inulin prebiotic.
